About Tim Woodcock (the owner)

 

Over many years I have worked as a real estate agent, owned and operated a mortgage brokerage, renovated both residential and commercial properties. I am a licensed home inspector, mold assessor and remediator, independent insurance adjuster for the state of Florida, and I am a veteran of the United States Navy Nuclear Ballistic Missile Submarine Service.

My qualifications at work for you:

• I am a member in good standing of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI)

• I abide by InterNACHI's strict Code of Ethics.

• I follow InterNACHI's Standards of Practice.

• I fulfill 24 hours of Continuing Education and inspection-related training every year.

Additionally:

• We utilize the latest online scheduling and reporting software so you can easily access, download and understand your final reports from anywhere at any time, within 24 hours of completing your onsite inspection.

• We own and use state-of-the-art inspection equipment, including the latest in infrared camera technology.

• We are available evenings and Saturdays (and, upon request on Sundays)

• Your easy-to-read report will be emailed to you within 24 hours of completing you onsite inspection, including all photos, comments and recommendations.

• Upon your request, a wind mitigation & 4-point inspection, and/or Termite inspection will be performed during your home inspection, in-order to possibly lower your property insurance rate, I provide a $100 discount for each of these two inspections. 

• Upon your request, a mold assessment be performed during the time of the home inspection. All samples taken (air, swab, tape, vacuum, etc.) will be discounted as well.

• We carry both general liability and E&O insurance.

 

My Promise to You

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won't meet us until our appointment. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods and pricing.
